1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the artwork.

To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly via the Contact page before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the artwork back or you have provided proof of return.

3. Return of Artwork

If a return is required following a valid withdrawal, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions for Original Artwork

Please note that all works are original, one-of-a-kind pieces of art.

Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the artwork may be deducted from the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the artwork

• Photos of the packaging

• A description of the issue

We will offer an appropriate solution (repair, replacement if possible, or refund).

6. Non-Returnable Situations

The right of withdrawal does not apply where legally excluded or where the conditions above are not met.
