1. Processing Time

All artworks are carefully prepared, packed, and shipped within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany & EU: 2–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Method

All artworks are shipped using trusted courier services with:

  • Secure, protective packaging

  • Full tracking

  • Insurance for fine art shipments (within the EU included in price)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the situation and find a suitable solution.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
