All artworks are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the work.

All artworks are sold as original pieces unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others available at checkout).

We do not store payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).
